We grilled for the second time last night. And by "We grilled" I mean Donald grilled. I prepared some stuff, and then waited for food. :) Mike let us in on the secret to tasty hamburgers, which isn't actually a secret. Apparently all it takes is some seasonings. Then you eat the tasty. We also did skewered veggies again. They are a work in progress but will be even tastier the next time. I'd like to do pork chops sometime, and Mike wants to do steaks and asparagus.
We have a little patio in the back, and we originally thought we could grill there. It turns out that since it faces west, it's a terrible place to grill unless you actually want to be baked in the sun. The driveway is too perfect. The garage puts us in the shade, and the overhang would keep the rain off if needed. There's plenty of room for chairs on the driveway. It's as close as it could be to the kitchen and front door of the house. With the doors open and screen doors closed, Miss Kitty can participate by watching us through the screen and meowing.

I as at a party with grilling last night, and they put this paprika seasoning blend on the meat (which was different then I am used to because of all the paprika in the seasoning--it was like 1/2 paprika and then 1/2 blend of other stuff), but it was DEE-licious. So I would suggest keeping an eye out for paprika blend seasoning.
