Whew

I called Victor and told him that I don't want to clean up after his tenant, and he said that's okay. He didn't want me to do that in the first place, but he'd given her my number to contact, so she called and asked me. I was in the coffeehouse at the time, and kinda distracted, or I probably would have said no from the beginning. I took her scribbly ass notes over and left them there for somebody else to deal with. So it's basically even right now, although I think $14 is a bit of a rip off for what I've already dealt with.
