Today I'm making my 2 new pairs of pants shorter, to match my midgety little legs. To make them fit me, and to avoid (for once) the rolling up of cuffs, I must shorten them 4 inches. Yes, my inseam is 28". Yes, this is annoying, but they do not make pants for short people.
Next week I'm getting an eye exam. I know I need a stronger prescription. I'm very ready for new glasses too. I've had these frames for several years now. The new frames must have the magnetic sunglasses. I'm so hooked on those.
I'm on a really odd eating schedule right now. If the show is at 7, I have to be at the theater at 5:30, so I'm eating my dinner at 4:30. But I'm hungry now, at 1:30, so I need to have a snack. I also need to cook somethin' because I just looked at my calendar, and I need to take a meal with me for the next 3 days.

I tried to get "new" glasses last year, but I only ended up getting new lenses. The frames I had were just so me. Do you ever feel this way?
Yes, exactly why I've had these frames so long. But their time has come, and I need to get new ones. Only problem now is finding a pair I actually like. I dunno, it's funny how much thought you put into something that you wear on your face, but don't actually look at 99% of the time.
I have had the same pair since summer of '01. I got a new prescription this fall, and I have insurance to cover new frames and lenses, but I have not found ones that are more me then the ones I have. Well more me and a different look. Since my presription hasn't changed I thought I would get s new set of glasses and then switch them up depending on my mood each day.
Glasses shopping is really hard.
I disliked shopping for new glasses because I'd have to remember to wear my contacts, otherwise I'd only know what I looked like with the new frames from two inches away.
