Sears was supposed to return the microwave to me last week. But they still didn't have the part. My dad went down to Front St, did some dad stuff, and they agreed to let me exchange the broken one and get a whole new one. This is why we have dads, so they can Get Shit Done. So my dad picked up the broken microwave and brought it back home. Yesterday I took the thing back to Metcalf, where a helpful guy named Gary got me a new one, no problem. Then I got not one but two new coats, from the JC Penney Outlet. Neither is the coat I really want, but having 2 new coats is about 200% better than having no coat at all. And my old coat is in terrible shape. So I paid about $55 for TWO coats, and I'll be warmer this winter than I was last year.
Right now I'm printing pictures for Robyn. I'm waiting for the printer to wake up and realize that there is something in its print queue. It's a very lovely printer, but damn slow.
